What is the Pawprint Deli Box?
The Pawprint Deli Box is a monthly delivery of treats that your dog will love. How do we know? Our three dogs have tried, tested and approved of everything we put in each box. Every product has been hand-picked to make sure you're getting great value, and we ensure that the box isn't filled out with cheap and nasty toys to make it look bigger.
What Comes in a Pawprint Deli Box?
Each month we'll send a generous helping of treats along with something a bit special (for example, a full-size tin of Lily's Kitchen dog food). A lot of the treats are smelly (because they're completely natural) and still look like real animal parts (feet, snouts, necks, etc) because dogs don't need them to look any different. Our treats are packaged to reduce the smell. They're all safe to touch, just wash your hands afterwards. You may also want to put the treats in a small, airtight glass jar (we use the cheap IKEA glass jars) to stop your dog from sniffing around the box and to keep unwanted smells from your home.
We always choose high quality suppliers to ensure that you're getting the best quality treats every time. We're genuinely proud of every box we send to you because we know that our dogs love everything in there. Plus, everything is great for their health.
How do I subscribe?
Just head back over to our home page and click the Subscribe button. Once you've made your payment, you're subscribed and you'll receive our awesome Pawprint Deli Box each month.
The subscription will automatically renew, so unless you get in touch to cancel, another payment will be taken every month on the same date as your first payment.
Why don't you ask what size dog I have like other subscription boxes?
We don't fill the Pawprint Deli Box with toys that your dog might not even play with (Lulu doesn't play with any toys now she's older, so a toy would be wasted on her), we only send edible treats. The treats are a great size for small dogs and big dogs alike. Where we might give our larger dogs two treats, we might only give our smaller dog one treat. If you have a smaller dog, your subscription box might last you a bit longer, but we believe in one-size-fits-all.
How much does a Pawprint Deli Box cost?
£15 per month. That's it! We pride ourselves in knowing that subscribing to a Pawprint Deli Box is simple and easy.
Oh, and here's another thing. We don't go throwing around coupons and discounts with different money-off or percent-off incentives just to desperately get you to sign up to a box we don't believe in. We believe that the Pawprint Deli Box is great value for money.
If we ever reduce the regular price, everyone will pay less. We promise.
Where do you deliver?
At the moment we only deliver to Mainland UK.
Is the Pawprint Deli Box suitable for dogs with allergies?
At the moment, we can't guarantee this. All of our treats are natural and healthy, but if your dog has allergies, please get in touch and we'll be able to get you the latest information.
Can I re-order an item I received?
This is something we're looking in to for a future update on our website - at the moment it's not possible, but shoot us a message if your dog loved something in particular and we'll see if we can include it more frequently.
Can I return a defective product?
If you're unhappy with an item or product in the Pawprint Deli Box, let us know and we'll endeavour to reduce or stop the frequency of that product in our boxes.
If your box has arrived in an unsatisfactory manor, please send us a message so that we can look in to it for you.
If you're unsatisfied with your Pawprint Deli Box - which we hope will never happen - just drop us an email and we'll unsubscribe you.
I don't need a box every month, can I change the frequency of my box?
Certainly! Just drop us an email telling us how often you'd like to receive your box (in months) and we'll change your plan manually. Each box will still be charged at £15 each.
How do I unsubscribe?
Drop us a message letting us know that you want to leave.
We're happy to cancel your subscription for you - we promise we won't be offended. It will be a hassle-free cancellation and we promise not to hound you once you're unsubscribed.
What do you mean when you say Approved by Lulu / Dante / Mort?
We have three loveable, amazing dogs - Lulu, Dante and Mort. Every treat in every box has been tried and tested (numerous times) by each of them. Sometimes, though, one of the three will like a treat so much that we say that they've approved that product.
Dante definitely approves of Squid Strips, Lulu definitely approves of fish cubes, and Mort definitely approves of anything you can chew for a long time!
Where are the treats made? Are they good for my dog?
We have extremely high standards for the treats in our boxes. We ensure that all treats are sourced from amazing British suppliers and that we've tested all of them thoroughly. If our dogs don't like them, or it upsets their stomachs, we won't include them. Every treat is natural and good for your dog's health.
We're proud of every box we send our because we've seen our dogs enjoy every tasty bite.
Will you tell me what's in the next box ahead of time?
Nope! Wouldn't that ruin the surprise? We can assure you that the contents of each box will always be top quality.
Will you have a Pawprint Deli Box for cats in the future?
Maybe. It's definitely something we're thinking about. We both love cats just as much as we do dogs, but we don't have a pet cat and it would be much harder to test products. Leave it with us and we'll see what we can do.
Who created Pawprint Deli?
Pawprint Deli is the creation of Tim and Caz from Liverpool, UK. They are both dog lovers with three pet dogs: Lulu, Dante and Mort.
What payment options do I have?
We use the ultra-secure Stripe to handle our payments. They accept all major card types including VISA and MasterCard.
Why was my subscription renewed?
Pawprint Deli offer a subscription-only service. When you enter your payment details, you are signing up to a monthly subscription box. Charges will be made to your card every month. If you would like to cancel your subscription, just drop us an email.
How can I update my billing information?
Drop us an email and we'll assist with adjusting your subscription for you. Please don't include sensitive information (such as card numbers) in your email.
When will I get charged?
We will charge your card on the same date every month.
If you subscribe on the 1st of the month, you will be charged on the 1st of every month.
If you subscribed on the 10th of every month, you will be charged on the 10th of every month.
You get the idea.
If you subscribe on a non-repeating date like the 31st, we will charge your card on the nearest date every month.
What will the payment appear like on my bank statement?
The payment will show up as PAWPRINT DELI for £15 each month.
If I cancel my subscription, will I receive a last Pawprint Deli Box?
We will only dispatch a box to you if we receive payment. We aim to dispatch the box 7 working days after the payment has been received. If you cancel your subscription just after making a payment, you will still receive your Pawprint Deli Box for that month. If your payment hasn't been received when you cancel, then we won't send you another one.
When you cancel your subscription, we'll make this clear either way.
Are there any delivery costs?
We like to keep things simple, so we included the cost of delivery in the price.
What do I do if my Pawprint Deli Box hasn't arrived?
We aim to ship your Pawprint Deli Box within 7 working days of receiving your payment. After that, you should receive your box within 3-5 working days (if not sooner).
If you think your delivery has gone missing, send us a message so that we can investigate.
How do I change my shipping address?
At the moment we will only send the Pawprint Deli Box to the address registered to your card - this is to combat any fraudulent activity.
If you have changed address, then drop us a message and we'll be able to update your address for you - this will change the billing address for your card as well as your shipping address.
My tracking number shows as Delivered, but I haven't received it.
The best thing to do is to check with your neighbours, building managers, or anyone nearby to see if they've taken receipt of your package for you.
If your box is still missing, drop us a message and we'll investigate for you.
What happens if I've changed address, but my Pawprint Deli Box has already shipped?

We aim to dispatch your Pawprint Deli Box within 7 working days of receiving your payment.
How can I track my Pawprint Deli Box?
When we send your parcel, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Why can't my Pawprint Deli Box be left at my door?
Unfortunately, we did consider this, but we found it to be an unreliable service. This means someone will need to be present to accept the package.
Our current delivery method means that delivery will be attempted three times, so you always know when your parcel will be getting delivered.
Will you let me know when my Pawprint Deli Box has shipped?
When you receive your tracking email, this means that your package is being shipped that day. Your package should arrive within 3-5 working days after you receive that email.
I'm already a subscriber, but I want more than one Pawprint Deli Box each month.
Drop us a message and we can add more boxes to your subscription. You will still pay £15 per box per month.
